Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason with a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. We refund 100% of the product price. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If available, please include a copy of your receipt/packing slip with the return.

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns that meet certain requirements.

Requirements for Prepaid Shipping Label:
1- Order total (without shipping) must be $50 or less
2- Original order was placed on this web site.
3- Entire order must be returned, not part of an order.
4- Must be a USA domestic order (not international)
5- Return is sent in the original packaging, other poly mailer or plastic bag, not a cardboard box. If you carefully open your package, you will be able to reuse the poly mailer.

You will receive a Prepaid Return Shipping Label via email. This label will be valid for 14 days.

If you purchased a Poly Storage Bag with your order, you may use this bag for your return and we will refund the purchase price of the used bag.

In the event you are not able to take advantage of our Return Label offer, we will still accept your return. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using US Postal Service with the cheapest rate (i.e. Parcel Select; or Priority in zones 1-4) with delivery confirmation. You can purchase a shipping label and request a carrier pickup online at www.usps.com.
